Urartu FC played one more friendly fixture at home. The match with Alashkert FC ended with the victory of Aleksandr Grigoryan's team with a score of 1-0. The goal was scored by James Santos, who celebrated his birthday on the day of the match.

Within 9 days Urartu FC held the second friendly against Alashkert FC. This time the match took place at the Urartu training ground. In this match, the players of Urartu FC took to the field wearing T-shirts with the image of Simon Israelyan, a long-term employee of Urartu FC who heroically died in the Second Artsakh War, on which was written “Always with us, always near...”.

This match was not full of goals like the last one, but the fight was pretty brutal and sometimes even tough. For the referee it was a really difficult game, in one of the episodes there was a scuffle, but the situation settled down very quickly. In the first half, the players of Urartu were able to open the score, the goal was scored by James Santos. It is noteworthy that the day of the match coincided with his birthday, and Santos made himself a good present. After the goal, James raised his hands to the sky, and after the game he wrote on his Instagram page: "I dedicate the goal to my friend, who died heroically defending his homeland."

In the second half, Aleksandr Grigoryan made a number of changes, the struggle on the field was again uncompromising, each team had chances to score a goal, but no new goals were scored. Urartu - Alashkert 1-0.
