11/07/2020

We reported that Igor Paderin decided to end his career as a player and will begin coaching at the club’s academy. In a conversation with us, Paderin spoke about finishing the professional career and upcoming plans.

ABOUT FININSHING CAREER

“Long-term injuries constantly prevent recovery. Constantly one operation, then another, always pains. Therefore, I decided to end my career, but wanted to stay in football. I've been in football all my life: since 5 years old. I decided to immediately engage in coaching. I’ll start earlier - I’ll gain experience faster. I think this will only benefit. I am grateful to the management of Urartu football club, which gave me such an opportunity. I’ll try to do my best to show my best position and live up to expectations ”

ABOUT UPCOMING PLANS

“ People have been studying this skill all their lives, for 30-40 years, I have only a few days in the new status, so much information. So now basically the head should work, before physical work, running, jumping were more important. Now we need to think more. Everything is new for me, so I slowly, slowly, get acquainted with this work.”

VISION OF WORK

“I have a lot of ideas, but everything should be in turn. You need to understand what's what. I played football for 25 years, and now I stand and look at him from the side. It’s difficult, of course, but I have to do everything to fulfill expectations. ”
