In connection with the statement of the Makaravank team, we report the following, FC Urartu began negotiations on obtaining the right to use and control from Achajur local authorities, but so far, we have not received a final answer along with the legal format for resolving this issue, and therefore we cannot start construction work, both on the playing field, and in the locker rooms and in other infrastructures of the stadium. We are still reporting on our readiness to start the above-mentioned work if the issue of the transfer of management rights is resolved, as well as to open and maintain FC Urartu's children and youth teams in this district, but we cannot wait for long either, so by the end of the day we also expect this issue to be resolved. In the opposite case, we will be forced to look for new opportunities.
