Anatolii Aivazov was born on June 8, 1996 in the Russian city Vladikavkaz. Aivazov is a graduate of the Lokomotiv Moscow, and from this team he was first invited to the Armenian national U-17 team. In 2014, Aivazov signed a contract with Pyunik FC and moved to Armenia. At the age of 18, Aivazov became the main goalkeeper of the Pyunik FC, and in his first season as a member of the team he became the champion of Armenia, the owner of the Cup, and then the owner of the Super Cup. After spending another season with Pyunik FC, in the 2016/17 season, Aivazov was already the goalkeeper of Shirak FC. After spending two seasons as part of the Gyumri club, he again becomes the winner of the Cup and the Super Cup. During this time, Aivazov was regularly invited to the youth national teams of Armenia.
At the age of 20, Anatoly Aivazov was first called-up to the national team of Armenia, which was going to hold friendly matches in the United States with the national teams of Guatemala and El Salvador. The goalkeeper yet has not played a single match for the national team, every time he was in the bench.
Aivazov joined Urartu FC in June 2018. He held his first official match on August 4, 2018, in the first round of the 27th Championship of Armenia Urartu tied in his field (0-0) with Shirak FC.
