ARMENIAN NATIONAL TEAM LOST TO NORTH MACEDONIA

The Armenian National team held another match of the qualifying round of FIFA World Cup 2022. In the 9th round, our team played against North Macedonia and was defeated, having conceded 5 unanswered goals.

20-year-old forward of Urartu FC Narek Grigoryan, who was called up to the National team for the first time, made his debut in the National team in this match, replacing Tigran Barseghyan in the 73rd minute of the match. And the goalkeeper of Urartu FC Arsen Beglaryan, who was also announced for the match, was on the bech.

After this match, our team takes 4th place in Group J with 12 points.

We'd like to add that our National team will hold the next qualifying round match on November 14, hosting the German National team at home. The match kicks-off at 21:00.
