We are happy to inform that the "Urartu" Football Club has a new signing. The 27-year-old defender, Vahagn Ayvazyan, returned to the club.

Ayvazyan began the season in “Urartu”, as part of which this season he played 2 matches and scored 1 goal. After that, Ayvazyan moved to the "Al-Nasr" Football Club in Oman.

During the winter transfer window, Ayvazyan decided to return to Armenia.

“It feels like I didn’t leave "Urartu", because it’s not much time has passed since I left. I am glad that I returned to my native club. There are no big changes, I know everyone here very well, and they know me, they welcomed me very well, we are only waiting for victories. Now we must do everything to win the Armenian Cup”, the 27-year-old player said in an interview with us.

In addition to that, in “Urartu”  FC Vahagn Ayvazyan will take number 88.
