Before the start of Armenian First League, Urartu-2 hold their third friendly fixture. The opponent was the recently created Noravank Football Club, which for the first time in the new season will take part in Armenian First League.

The fixture took place in an interesting struggle. Despite the fact that the match was not rich with scoring chances, on the field the teams fought uncompromisingly.

The head coach of Urartu-2 Robert Arzumanyan provided an opportunity to play for almost all the players at his disposal. Literally in the last seconds of the match, the players of Urartu-2 had the most real scoring chance, but Erik Petrosyan, who was left alone with the goalkeeper of Noravank FC, missed.

With this match Urartu-2 ends the friendly fixtures of the preparation period. Armenian First League starts on August 14. In the first round, the tam led by Robert Arzumanyan will play in an away match against Sevan FC. This match will take place at the stadium of Ashtarak city, kick-off at 17:30.
