Within the first round of the 13th qualifying group of the European Under-17 Championship, Armenian U-17 team played with their peers from Slovakia. Our guys lost to their rivals 5-0.

Players of Urartu FC Levon Bashoyan and Armen Yeranosyan were included in the starting line-up of the team: Bashoyan played in the first half, and Yeranosyan spent 90 minutes on the field. Another our player, Alik Hovhannisyan, got playing time in the second half and spent 45 minutes on the field. Our other players Hayk Ghazaryan and Khachik Margaryan were in the bench, but they did not enter the field. 

We'd like to add that our team will hold the next match on October 22, facing  Belarus U-17 team.
