On September 7, at Urartu Football Club, the unveiling of statues of legendary players Hovhannes Zanazanyan and Arkadi Andriasyan, as well as a bust of the school's founder-director Eduard Grigoryan, Hero of the 44-day Artsakh War, "For Courage" medal holder, long-term employee of Urartu FC Simon Israelyan.

During the event, the opening ceremony of two new training grounds was also held.

The day in Urartu FC turned out to be a festive one. The opening ceremony was attended by a large number of guests. The event was also attended by players of the legendary Ararat-73 team Sergey Bondarenko, Sergey Poghosyan, Norayr Mesropyan. The governance of the FFA, Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee Derenik Gabrielyan, former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan and other honored guests were also in Urartu FC.

The series of events began watching a film about people who left their mark on the history of Urartu FC. Then the General Director of the club Hrach Aghabekyan, the legendary player of Ararat-73 Sergey Bondarenko, the son of the founder-director of the school Eduard Grigoryan Armen Grigoryan, who at the end of his speech presented symbolic gifts from the personal archive of Eduard Grigoryan to both the club and the museum.

Then, a solemn ceremony of unveiling the monuments took place, after which FFA President Armen Melikbekyan, former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, sports commentator Suren Baghdasaryan made speeches, and the club's president Dzhevan Cheloyants made a closing speech.

At the end of the event, a solemn ceremony of opening two training grounds with artificial turf took place.
