On February 9, another seminar was held at Urartu FC, which was held by the former director of Urartu FC Academy, as well as former head coach of Urartu FC Ilshat Fayzulin.

At the seminar, the 48-year-old specialist shared his vast experience in youth football. The entire coaching staff of Urartu FC Academy took part in the seminar, the direction was the formation of footballers from 5 to 16 years old, the methodology for the correct approach to working with them.

After the seminar, Ilshat Fayzulin shared his impressions:

“I have known many coaches from the time we worked together, and I also saw new faces that have just entered the coaching staff of the academy. I know that new information is always provided to coaches here so that they can progress. I noticed interest from the participants of the seminar, it was very important. Because any new information is a new opportunity to use it at your stages of work.”

We'd like to add that such courses-seminars will be permanent and will be held regularly.
