In the semi-final of the Vbet Armenian Cup, Urartu FC celebrated a victory over FC Van 3-0 at home and reached the final of the cup. Artur Miranyan, Ugochukwu Iwu and Jonel Desire scored for our team.

In the fall, Urartu FC secured a place in the semi-final, winning 2-0 in the fight against Alashkert. FC Van first knocked out Sevan FC and then Pyunik FC as well.

In the first half of the match, our guys put a lot of pressure at the opponent's goal. There were a lot of corner kicks and FC Van tried to threaten the Lions goal with counterattacks. However, before the break, the teams did not manage to open the score of the match.

The second half Urartu FC started incomparably actively. On 52 minutes, after another corner, Artur Miranyan sent the ball from close range into the goal defended by Domenico Coppola. Shortly thereafter, Ugochukwu Iwu took advantage of the space to make it 2-0 with a beautiful long shot. 5 minutes later, the Van players broke the rules in their own penalty area in the fight against Artur Miranyan, after which the referee awarded a 11-meter penalty. The third goal of our team was scored by Jonel Desire.

Thus, Urartu FC did not concede a single goal in this year's Cup and reached the final, where it will compete with SC Noravank.
