In the 25th round of Vbet Armenian Premier League, Urartu FC in away match played with the leader of the championship, Ararat-Armenia FC. The match ended in a draw with 1-1. Mailson Lima scored a goal for the opponents, and Artur Miranyan scored for our team.

There was one change in the starting line-up of Urartu FC compared to the previous cup match․ Instead of Hakob Hakobyan, Zhirayr Margaryan started the match for the first time since the first minutes.

Ararat-Armenia FC put quite a lot of pressure at the beginning of the match. In several episodes, Arsen Beglaryan made some pretty good saves, and once the crossbar came to the rescue. In the middle of the half, the match referee noticed a violation of the rules in the actions of Zhirayr Margaryan in his own penalty area, after which Mailson Lima accurately converted a penalty kick.

However, it took Urartu FC 4 minutes to equalize the score. As a result of a beautiful positional attack, after Zhirayr Margaryan's pass, Artur Miranyan hit the goal defended by Valerio Vimercati with his head. The teams went into the break with a score of 1-1.

In the second half, the teams fought almost on an equal footing. We rarely saw the ball in midfield. Ararat-Armenia FC players turned out to be quite dangerous. In one of the episodes, we saw the kick of the rival footballer Jonathan Duarte, after which the ball, after touching it by Arsen Beglaryan, hit the goal post, and then Beglaryan finally neutralized the situation. The last minutes of the match turned out to be extremely tense. Beglaryan saved the team in several more episodes, and our guys had good opportunities to score the winning goal. However, the outcome of the match was decided by the goals scored in the first half, the winner in a spectacular and tense struggle was not revealed: 1-1.
