Urartu Football Club and forward Jonel Desire terminated the contract by mutual agreement.

It should be noted that the forward of the Haiti national team moved to Urartu FC in the summer of 2020, during this time Desire took part in 30 matches and scored 15 goals.

On his official Instagram account, Desire wrote the following:

“I want to say goodbye to this wonderful club that has given me so much joy and happiness. I want to thank the club for giving me the opportunity to continue to grow as a player and as a person, and for everything that has allowed me to live and enjoy in such a short time, especially I want to thank the club for unforgettable moments with my colleagues, many of whom have become my friends - all of this I will keep in my heart. Thank you Urartu FC!"
