On March 25, the Armenian national team played the opening match of the UEFA Euro- 2024 qualifying round. Our team met with the Turkish team in Yerevan and lost with a score of 1-2.

In the match against Turkey, Urartu goalkeeper Arsen Beglaryan and midfielder Ugochukwu Iwu, who also made his debut in the national team, were on the field from the first minutes and played all 90 minutes. Our other players were also one the bench: Zhirayr Margaryan and Erik Piloyan.

Our team will play the next match on March 28, playing in a friendly fixture against Cyprus. The match starts at 19:00.
