We were informed with great pain that the legend of Armenian football, Arkadi Andriasyan, died at the age of 73.

On the night of December 22, the health of the famous player has deteriorated, and, unfortunately, doctors could not save his life.

The name of Arkadi Andriasyan is inscribed in golden letters in the chronicle of Armenian sport and he will forever remain in our memory as the maestro of Armenian football.

Urartu Football Club expresses condolences and support to the family and friends of Arkadi Andriasyan.

We'd like to add that since August 2019, Andriasyan has been working at the Urartu FC, first holding the positions of deputy director for development, and then advisor to the general director of the club.
