Urartu-2 team has already crossed the equator of the training camp held in the Cypriot city of Ayia Napa. And in a conversation with the club media, team goalkeeper Hayk Kazaryan shared his impressions and thoughts regarding the two-week training camp.

ABOUT THE TRAINING CAMP

“We have very busy training sessions, there are days when we do two training sessions in preparation for the upcoming fixtures. Half of the training camp has already passed, there is a good atmosphere in the team. We were able to achieve success in the first two friendlies, and we are already preparing for the remaining two matches in order to complete the training camp just as successfully.”

ABOUT THE SPARRING PARTNERS

“In the first two fixtures we won: the first match was quite difficult, we were able to win by scoring in the last minutes, and the second match was easier for us, especially after the goal scored in the middle of the match, which made the game easier. As for the upcoming ones, we are familiar with the first opponent, it is a very good opponent, a difficult match is expected, and we are preparing for it with all our might.”

“As I already noted, there is a very good atmosphere in the team, we have young players who have joined us recently, we have high expectations from them, and they, in turn, are doing everything to meet these expectations.”
