We are happy to announce that Urartu Football Club has a new player. The club joined Russian midfielder Vladislav Panteleev.

Panteleev played in Russian clubs such as FC Rubin and FC Arsenal Tula. Footballer with the second team of FC Spartak Moscow has won Russian second league. 

Footballer joined Urartu FC from Football Club Arsenal Tula.
